Enjoy an elevating and educational private coffee tasting that covers the diverse taste notes from a series of coffees from around the world. We will be serving up pour over coffee using a V60 extraction method to taste and discuss the following:
- A Colombian Caturra varietal from four small-scale farms near Ojo de Agua, a small village located in the vereda of La Union, Nariño
- Eastern Kenya's Kangunu AA
- Kenya's Kirunyu PB
- Honduras Finca Las Cañadas, Remigio Barrientos
We'll get into depth on these four offerings from Sightglass, their sourcing process, the V60 extraction method, and of course, open the discussion behind all the warm fuzzy feelings your palate is vibing on. We look forward to seeing you at Daydream!
