5'6"

Young gun John Simon is based in Ventura, CA and cooks up some of the sickest twins and quads we've seen! His higher performance approach to traditional designs shows not only his skill as a shaper and his wisdom in board design, but he rips them to shreds as well!

This twinzer from John is a speedy, rippable board that combines traditional and modern concepts. With a pulled in, somewhat shortboard-y fish outline and turned down rails, this board screams speed and maneuverability. The bottom consists of a single concave entry that blends into a subtle double concave. The fin setup is where this board really stands out. It features a classic twin fin set up with boxes for a pair of tiny front runners. This combination provides the loose skatiness of a twin fin and the drive and pivotability of a quad setup.
